Caroline Marcello is a Lafayette, Louisiana-based speaker, host, content creator, and communications professional known for her high-energy personality and natural ability to connect with people.

After earning her degree in Public Relations from Nicholls State University, Caroline spent five years in television news as a reporter and morning anchor at KLFY News 10. That experience taught her how to find the heart of a story, communicate clearly under pressure, and keep an audience engaged, even before sunrise.

Since leaving the news desk she has worked in radio, tourism marketing, public speaking, live events, and content creation. Whether she is addressing a conference, hosting a fundraiser, creating a campaign, or speaking into a microphone, Caroline brings the same goal to every room: make people feel connected, included, and ready to take action.
